Using ORIGINS in recipes will turn many of your favorite dishes into more flavorful and nutritious treats. However, NOT cooking Origins, and just trying clever ways to work it as is into your meals and favorite dishes is best. Remember, heating does destroy nutrients, so even for the baked recipes below we would encourage as little high heat time as possible. A few recipes also call for Sweet Sensations, available from Wysong, or any natural sweetener can be substituted.
